Rear End High Vibe Noise Off & On

Tires Changed, Ford TSB 05-23-3 75W-140 Synthetic Oil In Rear End
Noise comes and goes, sounds like rear wheel bearings again.
Bearings on Explorer have short Service Life, all 4 wheels replaced once.
Front bearing hubs replaced at 61,000miles, rear hubs at 87,000miles.
Rear end re-built by FORD at 93,000 miles. Truck has 140,000miles.
Is there a way to check bearings without removal/disassembly?

we always jacked em up, put em gear and listen, the rear bearings especially are quite audible when you walk around the vehicle, if they're bad. Could also be the rear u joint, u joints usually have favorite speeds to vibrate when they go bad, both accelerating and decelerating, they also like to squeek or chirp in reverse when they go bad.
