Have a 2002 Ford Explorer power window in liftgate clicks when you hit the remote but will not open Any ideas?

rear window in rear liftgate does not open? When you use remote you here it
activate but does not unlock window to open  Any ideas?

Sometimes the locking mechanism gets gummed up with dirt, etc. You can try removing the inner panel and flooding the locking mechanism with something like WD 40.
