Ridiculous raddle, shake, and thud

When i accelerate to 25 to 35mph my truck rattle
near front end..idk if it's suspension or what Ive
checkd suspension and i dnt think its that but idk
to be honest..i really dnt kno what the problem
could be..ive changed tha fuel pump n filter and i
get the same rattle and thud to me it sound like a
slight backfire repeatedly. I NEED HELP!!!

See if your sway bar links/king pins/bushings are bad/loose/moves around if you try to move it by hand.

Check the hub bearings on the front if so equipped on the 2002, I know they are on the 2003. Jack up the wheel off the ground. Try to move the tire up and down or back and forth left to right. If they have play or a wiggle, they need replacing. Replace both sides even if only one is bad.

May be more than one issue, the back firing could be exhaust leak. Some of the rattling may be exhaust shield loose. Doe it loose power too when doing this or is it just noise, and do you feel it too like in the steering wheel or anywhere else?
