Remove Seats out of 2002 Ford Explorer

I was just wondering If I could change my seats by
removing it and placing it with a newer ford model
black seats. Or are they different?

Easiest way is to check a supplier on line for rear seat. Check your model and a model or two ahead. If the part number is the same, they will fit.
