2003 Ford Expedition 5.4L Eddie Bauer Ed. heat blows only cold air

Heat doesnt work, only blows cold air. Changed the thermostat, changed the
blend door actuator, still doesnt blow warm air at all. Vehicle runs at nirmal
temp, doesnt over heat. Any clue what might be the problem. Id appreciate any
and all ideas.
