my 2003 expedition interior lights will not come on with any door open

You didn;t say if thew work OK with the doors closed and turned on with the inside switch??? let me know before I go any further

Sounds like a couple of possibilities... loose or broken connection to door switches or bad ground. Should be cheap to fix if you can troubleshoot it yourself. Do a Google search for "troubleshooting automobile door courtesy light switches". this should get you well on the way to fixing it
