vacuum problem

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I go to start my car and there will be pop like a back fire, My car will the
back; run ruff I will lose power and power options, brakes, The hose  has
blown off. Took to the repair shop  they put the hose back on and ran fine a
few months later it happens again  another shop found the same problem  
zip tied the hose on to the motor. Happened again a week later won't start
wait a few minutes starts up. They don't know why this is happening can
you help
