My wife hit a bump and the battery hit the Hood
and arced.  I have no lights flasher wipers my
instruments do come on but go dim it will turn
over but not start I replaced ecm fusible link is
good

I would start with a new battery. This time make sure it is fastened down.

First, check the battery condition. It may just need a slow (2 amp) charge for a couple of days if you're lucky otherwise a new battery. While the battery is charging, check all the fuses in the panel.
