Electric windows don'r work; they slip down

Asked by 542Mimmo Aug 24, 2014 at 01:23 AM about the 1995 Ford Crown Victoria Sedan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1995 Crown Vic. All but the drivers side window don't work. They slip down and have taped them; have re-due them from time to time. Is there a way to place some way to stop them from slipping down by placing a block of wood or?? inside the panel?  Thanks

You can use a board. Measure accurately and cut a grove in the top and place the window glass in it to prevent it from slipping off.
