06 mustang GT

I have a 06 mustang that the throw out barrings in
the clutch r bad but I was still driving it, how ever
the other day the car started running ragged. Come
to find out it was the coil packs went bad so thoes
where replaced​. Now the theft light will flash and
the motor will turn over but not crank, it's throwing
no codes at all!! The radio will go ballistic at times!!
What am I missing???
