That car came with 12 inch wheels, If you can still find the tires I commend you on looking under some pretty big rocks. You may even find that trailer tires are the only ones readily available.

go to www.fordfestiva.com, register and then make a thread in the FS forum to buy 12s or 13s.. there are members all over the US and world and hopefully someone is close to you. Also ask for common rims people use (13's) that come pretty cheap. I think I used 95-99 Hyundai Accent rims for a while but there are other cars you can pick from, too.
