Truck will not stay started it'll kick on and then immediately shut off

I have a 2005 Chevy Silverado heavy duty and it will
not stay running it's turns on kicks over mediately
shuts off immediately and then starts clicking and
all the signals are all the dash instruments bounce
up and down different directions and then it's done

It sounds like your ECM is malfunctioning.
