Electrical issues

My GMC horn sounds when I pull back my brights to flash them. All lights etc
still work. Recently when I turn on my fogs the dash tells me my turn signal is
on... Help

I think you have electrical issues in the steering column. Probably worn wires are shorting out.

Sounds like a bad ground. Probably in the steering column as full of regrets said. HTH. -Jim
