Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After sitting for several months. Started my 02
Silverado HD to move. When put in reverse
indicator light  blinking. Truck didn't  move.  Put
truck in drive it moved slowly

Any suggestions. I'm not a mechanic but if there is anything on the exterior of transmission to look for.
