Wire connections? Like mine, volume turned up? Yes it did happen. Correctly tuned in to a station? Is there any static? If so, is there any wires lose or is it plugged into the radio? Does the static, if there is any, go up and down when you adjust the volume of the radio? If the speakers and wires are good, you may have a radio that is need of repairs. Before tearing into the dash, unless you enjoy it, have someone that isn't interested in ONLY selling you a new radio, look at it. I just thought of something. Is the mute on? Stranger things have happened.
