Question type: General

My trucks door sticker says it has a 8600lbs-GVWR, does this mean that I can pull a loaded fifth wheel rv that is equal to or less than 8600lbs.

Check Chevy's website, they have tow rating on there. The GVWR is gross vehicle weight rating, that means what your truck can weigh total, with cargo, passengers, and gas tank.

The tow rating on a 1500HD is 10,000 lbs
