I have a 2001 silverado short bed and I want to replace it.
I found a 1998 short bed will it mount up without to nuch
hassle

I'm not sure if the body style is the same, it is for C/K pick-up, 1998 to 2001, but the 2001 Silverado body style is different. Never the less, if it is the same body style and same length it will go on there.
