2006 Chevy Silverado

I have an 06 Chevy Silverado with the
5.3L and right around 100k miles on
it. It’s been running rough at idle. I’ve
replaced the spark plugs and wires,
the coil packs, I’ve cleaned the
throttle body as well as the MAF
sensor but none of it has helped. I
don’t know what else it could be.

Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. The basics for a rough idle, check for a leak of some kind, fuel--egr--vacuum. Any applicable trouble codes? I noticed you have tac/throttle actuator control, just a thought. I did see a code for lo idle speed, the code info talked about the tac.
