have 2005 chevrolet silverado 1500 v6

my truck wont start it turns over and trys really hard to start but just not getting
enough of something to turn over so i need some help on ways to get it to
start to take some where or maybe a cheap i could fix also can i change fuel
filter even tho truck wont start

Very possible this is a fuel issue yet, I would have the fuel pressure checked, possible fuel pump, pressure should be 56 to 63 lbs. Unfortunately if this is the problem, the vehicle is not going to move (start) until it gets fixed.
