will the ecm from a 97 tbird work in a 94 tbird same engine

No it would not, 1994 is OBD1 computer, and 1997 has the OBDII computer.

Nope, and don't even try it, you could burn out the OBD2 ECM and possibly some sensors on the OBD1 system.
