odometer not correct

how can a dealer knowingly sell a vehicle that says 106,000 miles when Auto Check states vehicle is actually over 350,000 miles?

That dealer certainly is and they do it so often. If you have hard proof of this scheme, report them to the BBB, the authorities and go on social media to warn others about this place. And, tell that dealer what you plan on doing, who knows,they may offer you a refund.

They can't, go with the bbb like Jorge said but I would also report it to the federal trade commission. I hope you didn't purchase it.
