Truck won't run

I have a 2003 Chevy Silverado v-6 I was driving
today and my truck started to spit and stutter had
no power and then shut off,I changed the fuel filter
and it started right up had power then started all
over again with the spitting and stuttering and shut
off,could it be disturbter cap  or plugs and wires??

Could be the cap,plugs or wires but also could be the fuel pump ready to go. Best thing to do is check for fuel and spark when vehicle starts to act up this will determine what's causing your problem.
