Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2003 Chevy Silverado 5.3
z71 extended cab. Problem is that
when ever I try to use a/c,heater, roll
the windows up or down, and most
things that require electricity to
funktion like even the radio and push
button 4x4 my gas gauge, oil gauge,
temperature gauge all go all the way
down battery light comes on anti theft
light comes on and battery gauge is
close to around 9v. (The battery and
alternator are new)
Oh And SOMETIMES when I wash
the under carriage/ engine bay all the
electronics work great
Please help me

Seems to me that it’s a wire that goes from the battery down to the engine block
