Fuel issue

We've replaced the fuel pump and filter on a
2003 Chevy Silver a do but still not getting
any fuel to the engine. I can hear the pump
running but can't even smell any gas fumes
in the engine.

There is port valve on engine you can check the fuel on it just use any small screw drive and press the valve it should be some fuel pressure if the fuel pump work properly

I have a 2020 chevy Silverado 1500 custom . truck is at the dealer for 4 weeks because fuel pump in the tank is bad . can't get fuel pump for it in the United states. is fuel pumps in the 2019 the same fuel pump or not . thay said it has to come from the assembly line.
