Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was changing my old stereo an the terminals it had was the same as the
new one so I put on the new stereo it heat up real quick I got scared so I
removed it an put the old one back on an put everything together now the
dash won't work light an turn signals worry dash light work but the little hand
on how fast I got or the rpm don't move at all an my gas hand just says full
the whole time plz help what hAppen what can I do

Did you check your fuses and relays for those items not working?
