2002 Chevy Silverado- gauges went dead( tach, speedo and fuel) and it won’t shift out of 3rd gear—- could this be a Ground Problem?

Yes, Chevys have very sensitive electrical and evap systems/ issues, one loose/ corroded ground wire will cause all sorts of issues
