E Brake Light Fuse

Asked by Guru5GWZC Feb 14, 2018 at 04:28 PM about the 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Extended Cab RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2001 Silverado. The light above my E
brake (not on the dash but above the
actual foot lever) won't turn off and it's
draining my battery. I assume I can just pull
the fuse that powers this light (as long as
that's the only thing it powers), but I'm
having a hard time determining which fuse
it is and I'm hesitant to just start yanking
out fuses until I find the one. Please help.
