Possible causes; Faulty spark plug, Clogged or faulty fuel injector, Faulty ignition coil, Fuel injector harness is open or shorted, Fuel injector circuit poor electrical connection, Ignition coil, harness is open or shorted, Ignition coil circuit poor electrical connection, Insufficient cylinder compression, Incorrect fuel pressure Intake air leak.

that leaves alot on the table to troubleshoot, i think im going to check my injector and go from there

Just don't let it overwhelm you, start checking the things you can.

well now i seem to think it could be the throttle body the truck actually seems to be drowning itself is that possible? that the miss could just be something as easy as that

Not easy if there is a problem. You need to do a fuel pressure bleed down test which would check for leaky fuel injectors. The throttle body does not deliver any gas, only air. Hook up a fuel pressure gauge to the Schrader Valve, turn the key to on to build up fuel pressure. Fuel pressure should be 56 to 63 lbs. Turn the key off and watch the gauge. The fuel pressure should not drop more than 5 lbs. in 3 minutes.
