Usually if you have a bad blend door, you either have heat or A/C. You say the motor runs but no air at all is coming through the vents. It almost sounds like a mouse or chipmunk has made a nest in your heater plenum. I have sent a video on how to drop the blower motor. Once out, see if any nesting material comes out. Pull your cabin filter. I think it is just to the left of the blower motor. Is it plugged solid with debris? If so, the nest may be further in. Also check the air filter under the hood. I have seen mice get in there and make huge nests under the filter element. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jrGFY6yqvFM
