I have a 99 chevy silverado 1500 and I have an aftermarket security system installed. My alarm went off about a month ago and I had to cut the speaker so I could drive home from work. Since then apparently my front and rear blinkers go off randomly in burst like my security alarm is going off. How can I fix this?

I'm not sure exactly how to do that. Any good leads on how? Had a friend put it in a while back.
