May be a head gasket, do a compression test to see if there are 2 low cylinders, and look for white smoke with a sweet smell coming out the tail pipe, check the engine oil to see if it is over full and looks like coolant in the oil. Otherwise may be a thermostat, or low coolant, and make sure the fans are working.
