why is my Monte Carlo over heating just about every component is new. DEFINITELY NO LEAKS

ON DAYS WHERE OUTSIDE AIR TEMPS ARE IN THE 80S-90S PLUS AND
RUNNING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS 70-80 TEMP GAGE RISES TO 3 BARS
ABOVE HALFWAY.  COOLING FANS ARE WORKING NORMAL.

sounds about right...also check to see if a rad.hose is not collapsing/sucking closed..

THANKS. WHAT WOULD CAUSE A RAD HOSE TO COLLAPSE? WHAT WOULD CAUSE THAT KIND OF SUCTION WHEN A SYSTEM AT NORMAL OPERATING PRESSURES?
