Overheating

My 03 Monte Carlo blows cold air out of the heater/defroster and the engines runs hot, 200+ after just a few minutes of driving.  I changed the thermostat today with no change.  Help.

hold your heater hoses and see if they are the same temp, if not you got a ciculation problem ,if they are the same temp, gently back wash heater core
