Cooling fan

I have a 2000 monte carlo and my check
engine light is on. I got it scanned and it said  
p0481 I believe cooling fan relay #2..I
bought a new one but the code is still their.  
an even tryed to reset it by disconnecting the
battery but no luck..wat could be the
cause?... and also my low oil pressure light
is on but I know that isn't correct because I
just had a oil change 3 days ago..an the oil
sensor is fairly new so any help would be
great.

Sometimes it as simple as replacing the gas cap. Air pressure in gas tank due to not closing gas cap or worn gas cap. Try it can't hurt.

I went to get my emissions and it showed up it's the middle fan not working.. he said I just need to buy a part that places into it. Not having to buy fan just that one part and I can not recall what it is.
