You haven't cleaned the positive terminal properly. theres a ring lug with a bolt holding to the lead clamp. This is an important one. Also the ground lug has both ends, one going to the block and another going to the engine. turn a hose on it all, then wirebrush all connections. and wazaa, you'll have a new buggy.

I just have a problem with my express van . All lights at dash come on but I won't Crank so I do a lot of search and check all small fuses in both electric boxes and nothing happens but I don't give so easy and keep looking in to a find out the stupid abs fuse was blown out and that was the reason . Cost me 5 dollars to replace and half of my day to figure out
