My lights don't work

I have a 2006 Chevy Aveo my
speedometer lights don't work
and my back lights don't work but
when I brake they do work my
blinkers work and my reverse
lights work I've changed all the
fuses and my speedometer still
works too and it's also the throttle
sensor is going out could that be
it
