Question type: Maintenance & Repair

i have an automatic 2006 Aveo.  In low gear, I hear a sound similar to a plastic
fender liner rubbing on the tire.  In second gear, the sound lessens, and in the
upper gears it disappears.  Any thoughts on what it could be?

Thank you for your quick reply. I looked at the fender liners and they are both in place and no contact with the tire. Any other possibilities?
