How to get 94 3.8 to crank

I have a. 94 3.8 convertable. The car has sat for a year. Battery is good. Can't get the car
to crank or even click when turn the key. I have changed the ignition switch and checked
all the fuses. Ant ideas

Check the relay for the starter, if ok check for power at the "S" terminal on the starter when key is in crank position, if it's good it's probably the solonoid
