2006 toyota corolla noise when turning steering wheel

Whenever I turn the steering wheel, lately I have been hearing a noise that is very low and it kinda sounds like a choo-choo train noise. Like choo choo choo choo very low, this is the only way I could describe it. It make the noise even when I turn the wheel slightly. What could this be??

I would guess the power steering pump. You might want to check your fluid.
