Key less remote lost get one online can't reset it

Ford Explorer limited 1994. Perfect
conditions all factory original  still.
Lost keyless remote devise. Get
one online do not respond to the
procedure. Out of USA. Who can I
contact by email to get it replaced if
still possible.  Email?   Appreciate
any help.

Did you try to find the owners manual to show you how to reset the key ?

Just describe the original devise features I've lost the original still was working after 22 years The replacement is generic comes with instructions to reset it but it not respond to the procedure. I'm in Costa Rica the dealer here won't help me. Need contact Ford for Ford original replacement if still posible. Email or so. Thank you very much for answer me.
