First buy a Haynes manual from Auto-Zone. Second rent a harmonic balancer puller/ press from Auto-Zone. The specific steps and pitfalls are in the repair manual and the tool is what you are going to need to actually get it off.

first remove belts, inside HB pully their are 4 1/2 inch bolts, remove them pull off pully, remove the big bolt in center of HB,get a 3 prong puller, put bolt back in crank, not all the way,put the clamps on back of HB center the puller point on middle of bolt.turn clockwise,HB will slide off, once off look for diall pin on crank, will be in a grove on crank, dont loose this & dont forget to replace when putting HB back on,it keeps the HB from spinning on the crank. ps dont forget to put bolt in crank if you pull the HB off with the long bolt on puller, without putting bolt in crank you will strip out the threads in crank.,you will probley have to remove the raitor also.
