94 escort wagon rocket arm broken and needs to find help please????

need to repair/replace rocker arm on 94 escort wagon safely and inexpensively.  Can any one help?  Offer advice?  Where to locate?
sorry no photo available.  daughter giving to me. (She is the only owner & has kept maintained very well)  I must fix rocket bar & am on SS disability so $ is well, how do I say, thin, yes, very thin, also must insure  to drive!  
Advice where to find and how to fix,would be much appreciated & helpful.

you can buy 1 rocker arm at any parts store,remove valve cover unbolt rocker,remove,check valve spring for breakage,or crack,if nonr replace new rocker,tourk to 10 to 14 INCH POUNDS,may as well get a new V C cover gasket,put it back together,very easy job.
