After replacing spark plugs on 1994 Ford Aerostar, started right up, but after replacing wires and
distributor cap and rotor van turns over but won't start, has backfire only after cranking for a bit,
either out of fuel, fuel cut off,  or ignition coil went bad, stuck with solution

Check for spark at coil wire, if no, check for spark at coil, (for no spark, check coil connections distributor plug-ins, and ground connections in area repair preformed. And all fuses.) (If spark at coil wire, Check that coil wire is in center of cap, If ok, reinstall old parts.) test system for operation. Maybe damaged rotor button.

You could have a bad TPS (throttle position sensor).
