A/C was working put some recharge in now doesn't get cold at all. Fuses ok compressor ok. Overcharged?

Could very well be overcharged. Those recharge bottles come with a basic gauge, if that isn't enough you can borrow a set of manifold gauges from places like Autozone. However to fix it being overcharged you will have to bleed off some of the refrigerant into the atmosphere, which is not good. A shop can do this and capture the refrigerant.

It actually had to much oil in it. Drained it all out and recharged it. Working all good now.
