Dear mrfixit-- I had to ask Kelly at Stevinson Toyota East in Aurora, Co. to help me locate the oil filter for your 2007 Camry. She said you will find it under the rear of the engine, just in front of the oil pan. Good luck from Bovan.

Very much so, I had been trying very hard to find it myself and the book that comes with the car is of no help. You would not be able to find it with out help from a person who knows where it is. DIY person

It is on the bottom of the engine toward the right front. You will need a special filter cover wrench to remove it. All the parts stores carry them. You will find directions inside the filter box of most better quality filters. and search YouTube for videos.
Used 5-20 if you live in the west coast region . Use 0-20 if you live in east region. 5 -20 make your engine last longer and start up engine will be less rattling.
