Might be a Battery/Charging System problem. Do you have access to a digital voltmeter?

When the Engine is running...is the CEL(Check Engine Light) ON?

14 volts when the engine is running is good. Sounds like you may have a dirty Throttle Body. Does the engine stall when this happens? Procedure for cleaning the TB is available on line. What Engine is in this vehicle and how many miles on the vehicle?. The AC problem could be the system is low on refrigerant.

How do you clean the dirty throttle? And no it doesn't stall.

Do a Google search ....2007 Toyota Throttle Body. Caution....you might have to perform a "Relearn Procedure" after the cleaning. Did you disconnect the battery recently? How many miles on this vehicle?
