His can I get more horse power out of my
1995 ford Thunderbird with out over doing

Yep turbo for the 4 cylinder, superchargers for the V6 and the V8. I have seen a few turbocharged V8's but your getting more involved than I think you want to be with that. Performance computer reprogramming is another way to go but not as much all out power gains with that but it helps. Under drive pulleys can give you a little more. But if you want big gains your goin to have to dig into,the engine, and if your running an automatic you will have to beef that up too. And it snowballs from there, brakes, suspension, etc.
