Have a 95 thunderbird lx. Fuse fl 12 40amp
for fuse pannel keeps blowing as soos as
baterry is connected. What could be the
problem?

That fuse is labeled "fuse junction box" which goes to the junction panel on the LH instrument panel, you most likely have a short to ground, you'll need to inspect wiring for any abrasions that may be shorting it out.

Still havent fixed problem. Found transmission harness fried changed that but same problem. Now im changing the whole fuse box. Checked all the wireing everything looks good. Do you suggest anything else. Any help. Thanks
