I have a 95 Ford Thunderbird V8 4.6
everytime I drive my car I can see Blue
Smoke coming out of my muffler my engine
burns out my oil does that mean it's time for
a new engine what should I do

Yea, the engine is tired, oil getting past the rings if it is a steady stream of blue smoke. If the car is in good shape you might consider a new engine since the car will be a classic.

You can always rebuild it, instead of replacing it. A leak-down test can confirm where it is burning oil.

Can also be loose valve guides n good thing about that quick fix you CAN change the umbrella seals OVER the valve guides pretty much with only removing rocker covers and spark plugs and can work on most cars especially on chevrolets that only come factory with orings...0.002" is max play on most valve to valve guide clearance so good seals are critical on most ALL engines
