1. check fuses 2. switch, have your turned it? 3. wiring on the switch. is it connected and not burned or shorted out(broken wire?) 4. Anything else not working? 5. ground wire connected and good? It is electrical. You need electricity to the switches and through the switch to the light's circuit. this is a DC electrical connection so it needs a ground to complete the circuit. Make sure the fuse is good. Next see if there is a current to the first light that is not working. If you have a current using a current tester, it may be a bad ground.
